Please note: 1) We offer a free ½ hour mast inspection with our manlift for all boats in our yard.

DOCK RATES: Dock A: 0.45c/foot LOA per day plus Electricity at $3.00 per day but only when aboard.

(All stern-to) Dock B: 0.45c/foot LOA per day plus Electricity at $3.00 per day but only when aboard.

Dock C: 0.70c/foot LOA per day plus Electricity at $3.00 per day but only when aboard. Boats with beams of 15′ or more using a ‘double dock’, will be charged 1.75 times the normal dock rate.

APARTMENTS: Airconditioned with kitchenette, bathroom and two beds…………………………………………………………………… $110.00 per night.

If the boat is on land at Power Boats………………………………………………. $90.00 per night.

For long term stays, please ask at our office about a reduced rate.

APPLIANCE RENTALS AND OTHER COSTS:

Air Conditioners: Rental cost for more than one month: $3.00 per day; less than one month: $4.00 per day, a 10-day minimum charge plus an electrical surcharge of $4.00 per day will apply when plugged in Dehumidifiers: Rental cost of $2.00 per day plus an electrical surcharge of $3.00 per day when plugged in

Fans: Rental cost of $0.60 per day Vacuum Cleaners: Rental cost of $6.00 per day Stairways: Rental of small stairway at $1.00 per day and tall stairways rental of $3.00 per day. Dinghy stands: Rental cost of $1.00 per day.

Engine storage: Cost of $1.00 per day

CONCRETE TIE DOWN BLOCKS: $600 for a set of 4 blocks with straps, per hurricane season.

STORAGE ROOM AND LOCKER RENTALS: Please enquire for availability and costs at our office.

Once available, boats are welcome to use our travel lift piers and our holding dock (next to our travel lift dock) free of charge before and after launching, even if staying overnight.

“LOA” means “Length Over All” and includes all protrusions, overhangs, bowspirits, platforms, etc.

“LOD” means “Length On Deck” from tip to tip but excludes all protrusions. Vessels under 30 feet LOA will be charged as for 30 feet.

In accordance with the law, local boats are subject to 12.5% V.A.T. on all charges.

We have no hidden charges whatsoever.
